Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, specials and combos cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@organicherbal.co.za.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should contact us to get our physical address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order or reservation for various reasons. However, please note that we incur certain costs when processing your transaction, such as payment gateway fees, bank fees, VAT, and transfer duty. Therefore, we have a cancellation policy that applies to all orders or reservations made on our website.
If you wish to cancel your order or reservation, you must notify us in writing by sending an email to organicherbalproducts@gmail.com or info@organicherbal.co.za, within 5 days of placing your order or making your reservation. You must also provide your order or reservation number, your name, and your contact details.

If you cancel your order or reservation within the specified time frame, we will refund you the full amount that you paid, minus a 10% processing fee. This processing fee is to cover the costs that we incurred when processing your transaction. We will process your refund within 10 working days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be made to the same payment method that you used when placing your order or making your reservation.

If you cancel your order or reservation after the specified time frame, we will not be able to refund you any amount. This is because we may have already shipped your order, booked your reservation, or incurred other costs that are non-refundable.
